Telkomsel Receives Pan-Asian Recognition at Employee Experience Awards 2026
Telkomsel received the award for Best Employee Wellbeing Strategy at the Employee Experience Awards 2026, which were held in Jakarta on June 26, 2026.
This award was granted for the Medic Hub initiative, an employee wellbeing ecosystem that encourages a shift from a reactive to a more preventive, integrated, and sustainable approach to wellbeing practices.

With this recognition, Telkomsel emphasizes the importance of the company’s role in developing personnel management standards that better align with the needs of the Indonesian workforce, particularly because employee health, confidence, and readiness are crucial foundations for the company’s sustainability and the quality of service provided to customers.
Indrawan, Director of Human Capital Management at Telkomsel, stated that employees are the front line for Telkomsel and, as one of the company’s most important assets, truly need to be protected.
“Through Medic Hub, we want to ensure that every Telkomsel employee has easier, faster, and more proactive access to healthcare. This is particularly important because when employees feel supported and are functioning optimally, they can serve customers with full dedication and ultimately provide an experience that makes customers more satisfied,” according to the spokesperson.
Medic Hub was developed as the first point of contact for Telkomsel employees to handle health complaints, identify risks early, strengthen health education, and connect employees with holistic well-being support. Telkomsel’s well-being strategy is based on various aspects: physical, psychological, financial, social & spiritual, and career well-being.

Currently, Medic Hub is present in six regional offices, four area offices, and three clinics at headquarters, supported by 13 doctors and two nurses. This ensures more equal access to healthcare for employees across all Telkomsel work areas.
This program implements four integrated service functions: promoting, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative. These functions include education on a healthy lifestyle, risk assessments, primary medical consultations, and aftercare.
The Employee Experience Awards 2026 are organized by Human Resources Online, a publication of Lighthouse Independent Media that focuses on the development of HR professionals and service providers.
This pan-Asian award program takes place in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines and aims to strengthen the benchmarking of employee experience practices, with four focus points: leadership, learning, engagement, and talent acquisition.
