Strengthening synergy: Pegadaian and the Public Prosecution Service of Medan sign agreement for legal cooperation
PT Pegadaian (Persero) has officially signed an agreement with the Public Prosecution Service of Medan to strengthen synergy in the legal field. The signing of this agreement took place on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at the offices of the Public Prosecution Service of Medan.
The ceremony was attended by executives from both institutions. Present on behalf of the Public Prosecution Service of Medan were: the Head of the Public Prosecution Service, Ridwan Sujana Angsar, S.H., MH., and the Head of the Civil and State Administration Department, Anthonius Ginting Munthe, S.H. PT Pegadaian (Persero) was represented by Faozan Wahyu Praptono, Deputy Business Manager of PT Pegadaian (Persero) Medan Region 1, and Heri Susianto, Deputy Business Manager of PT Pegadaian (Persero) Medan Region 2.

This collaboration is aimed at providing legal certainty in business management, particularly regarding the handling of legal matters in civil and administrative areas.
Pursuant to this agreement, the Public Prosecution Service of Medan will provide support in the form of legal assistance, legal advice, and other legal actions, through both judicial and extrajudicial proceedings.
