In addition to stimulating economic growth, Bobby Nasution urged all regional government agencies (OPDs) to continue innovating and transforming to improve the quality of public service delivery. One way to achieve this is by deploying technology and digitalization to make service delivery more effective, transparent, and auditable.

“I also ask all regional government agencies (OPDs) to continue transforming, including through the digitalization of service delivery, so that public service delivery becomes easier, faster, more transparent, and auditable,” said Bobby Nasution. On that occasion, Bobby Nasution also reminded the newly installed officials to carry out their mandate and responsibilities to the best of their ability.

“Therefore, I ask the newly installed officials to carry out their mandate to the best of their ability within their respective OPDs,” Bobby Nasution added. ***REL
