The Tring! app will quadruple Pegadaian’s digital transactions by 2025
PT Pegadaian achieved significant growth in digital transformation in 2025. This success is the result of a sustainable digital strategy, consolidated through the integrated Tring! platform, which has been operational since October 2025.
This achievement marks Pegadaian’s significant transition from a phase of building its foundation to accelerating economies of scale and creating business value based on a digital ecosystem.
In 2024, Pegadaian recorded 8.02 million digital transactions with 1.34 million active customers through its Pegadaian Digital and Pegadaian Syariah Digital applications. This strong foundation successfully translated into exponential growth in 2025.
2025: Pegadaian records 34 million digital transactions
During 2025, Pegadaian recorded more than 34 million digital transactions, an increase of approximately 324% compared to the previous year. The number of active customers making digital transactions annually exceeded 4.6 million, a dramatic increase of 244% compared to the previous year.
This figure reflects the growing public confidence in and wider acceptance of Pegadaian’s digital financial services.
“The company’s digital acceleration is further strengthened by the presence of Tring!, an integrated app that combines two previous Pegadaian applications: Pegadaian Digital and Pegadaian Syariah Digital. Since its launch in October 2025, this platform has welcomed more than 3 million customers, with a cumulative transaction value of over IDR 21 trillion,” said Maksum, Head of Region I Medan for PT Pegadaian, on Wednesday, January 14, 2026.

Pegadaian officially releases the updated Tring! app version 8.3.0
In addition to volume growth, Pegadaian has also successfully maintained the quality of the user experience. This is evident from the consistent app score of above 4.0 on both Android and iOS platforms, indicating high customer satisfaction with the system’s stability and the ease of use of the features offered.
“As we look to 2026, Pegadaian is committed to continuing its digital transformation carefully and sustainably, prioritizing the principles of good corporate governance. As a concrete expression of innovation at the beginning of the year, Pegadaian officially released the Tring! app update, version 8.3.0, in January 2026. This update is designed to further facilitate fast, secure, and convenient transactions for customers,” said Maksum.
This update introduces several strategic features, from easy third-party pledge payments to support family member transactions to gold pledge options that expand the settlement options for precious metal transactions.
With Tring!, access to financing is more efficient.
Moreover, this latest version offers greater flexibility for microtransactions, giving small businesses more efficient access to financing.
