The MagangHub program opens doors to employment for participants
The National Internship Program (MagangHub) offers young talent the chance to gain work experience and demonstrate their competencies directly to companies.
Some participants even get the opportunity to join the company after their internship.

Through MagangHub, participants are involved in various tasks and responsibilities within companies. This experience helps them understand the world of work and develop competencies that align with job requirements.
An example of this is Keyko, a graduate in Metallurgical and Materials Science who participated in the internship program. After his internship, Keyko applied to PT Bakrie Pipe Industries and was subsequently hired as a process engineer.
“I was given many opportunities to learn and contribute directly, which led to my appointment as a process engineer. Thanks to the President and the Minister of Labor for introducing the National Internship Program,” stated Keyko in a press release from the Public Relations Office of the Ministry of Labor on Friday, August 14, 2026.
Agnes Aprilia, a MagangHub participant at AEON Indonesia, shared a similar experience. She said that the internship program offered valuable experience in determining her career path after graduation.

“After graduating, I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do in the future. After completing this internship program, I was offered the position of Project Manager within the company. Thanks to the Ministry of Labor and the company for this valuable opportunity,” said Agnes.
From the company’s perspective, Suwardiono, Industrial Relations Officer at PT Bakrie Pipe Industries, stated that MagangHub acts as a bridge between the needs of industrial companies and qualified candidates.
“Of the interns from cohort 2, we have hired five people to come work at the company. For cohort 3, there are potential candidates we are currently considering hiring,” said Suwardiono. ***REL
