PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk (“Tempo Scan”) has announced the signing of a joint venture agreement with Chia Tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. (CTTQ), a subsidiary of Sino Biopharmaceutical Limited (“SBP Group”), one of China’s leading pharmaceutical companies in the field of innovation and research.
This joint venture will establish a joint venture company named PT TEMPO CTTQ BIOPHARMACEUTICAL INDONESIA (“TCBI”). This partnership is a strategic step for Tempo Scan to strengthen its specialty pharmaceutical activities while simultaneously increasing access to modern and innovative medicines for Indonesian patients.
