Public Prosecutor’s Office seizes luxury cars, watches, jewelry, and hundreds of thousands of dollars from MBG corruption suspects
The investigation team under the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (JAM PIDSUS) has seized a range of assets from suspects involved in the alleged corruption case concerning the management of the free nutritious meal (MBG) program at the National Food Agency for the 2025-2026 fiscal year.
This seizure was carried out pursuant to an investigation order issued by the Director of Investigation under the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes, number Prin-33/F.2/Fd.2/05/2026, dated May 29, 2026.

Details of the assets seized from the suspects are as follows:
1. Seizure from suspect DH (Head of the National Food Agency from August 2024 to June 2, 2026)
The estimated total value of the assets seized from Mr. DH is IDR 8,436,069,815 (eight billion four hundred thirty-six million sixty-nine thousand eight hundred fifteen rupiah), consisting of:
Luxury goods and vehicles:
* 1 (one) green box containing a Rolex watch, model 52509, serial number 1J1R8052 (estimated value IDR 300,000,000).
* 1 (one) black Toyota Innova Zenix with license plate B 1652 EII. • Cash in a blue Krisbow cash box:
* SGD 75,000 (75 banknotes of SGD 1,000).
* SGD 30,000 (300 banknotes of SGD 100).
* USD 20,000 (200 banknotes of USD 100).
* USD 1,600 (16 banknotes of USD 100).
* SGD 900 (9 banknotes of SGD 100).
* SGD 900 (18 banknotes of SGD 50).
* SGD 44,000 (44 banknotes of SGD 1,000).

2. Seizure from suspect SS (Deputy Head of the National Food Services Agency for the period from September 17, 2025, to June 2, 2026)
• Luxury watch: 1 (one) Bell & Ross analog watch, code 3500BR-X33500208, with box.
• Jewelry and gemstones (in 1 bag):
o 1 (one) ring with a natural blue sapphire (corundum) and gemstone identification card (report number: GIL2020-44917). o 1 (one) ring with a natural ruby (corundum) and a brief gemstone identification report (no.: ZLSG272960C9A).

The investigators obtained and executed an authorization from the Chief Judge of the District Court to seize all evidence and assets. All seized assets will be used to pay the compensation in the case against the suspect. ***adh
Mobil Mewah, Jam Tangan, Perhiasan dan Uang Ratusan Ribu Dolar Milik Tersangka Korupsi MBG Disita Kejaksaan
Tim Penyidik pada Jaksa Agung Muda Tindak Pidana Khusus (JAM PIDSUS) telah melaksanakan rangkaian penyitaan aset terhadap para tersangka dalam perkara dugaan Tindak Pidana Korupsi Tata Kelola Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) pada Badan Gizi Nasional Tahun Anggaran 2025-2026.
Penyitaan ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan Surat Perintah Penyidikan Direktur Penyidikan Jaksa Agung Muda Tindak Pidana Khusus Nomor: Prin-33/F.2/Fd.2/05/2026 tanggal 29 Mei 2026

Adapun rincian aset yang disita dari para tersangka adalah sebagai berikut:
1. Penyitaan dari Tersangka DH (Kepala Badan Gizi Nasional Periode Agustus 2024 s.d. 2 Juni 2026)
Nilai estimasi/total aset yang disita dari Sdr. DH diperkirakan sebesar Rp8.436.069.815 (delapan miliar empat ratus tiga puluh enam juta enam puluh sembilan ribu delapan ratus lima belas rupiah), yang terdiri atas:

* 1 (satu) buah kotak warna hijau berisi jam tangan Rolex model 52509 serial 1J1R8052 (estimasi nilai Rp300.000.000,-).

2. Penyitaan dari Tersangka SS (Wakil Kepala Badan Gizi Nasional Bidang Operasional Pemenuhan Gizi Periode 17 September 2025 s.d. 02 Juni 2026)
• Jam Tangan Mewah: 1 (satu) buah jam tangan analog merek Bell & Ross kode 3500BR-X33500208 beserta box.
• Perhiasan & Batu Permata (dalam 1 buah tas):
o 1 (satu) buah cincin Natural Blue Sapphire (Corundum) beserta Gemstone Identification Card (Report No: GIL2020-44917).
o 1 (satu) buah cincin Natural Ruby (Corundum) beserta Gemstone Identification Brief Report (No: ZLSG272960C9A).

o 1 (satu) unit mobil Toyota Alphard 2.5X A/T warna hitam (tahun pembuatan 2019).
• Uang Tunai Mata Uang Asing:
o USD 8.658, dengan rincian:
Pecahan 100 USD: 86 lembar
Pecahan 50 USD: 1 lembar
Pecahan 5 USD: 1 lembar
Pecahan 2 USD: 1 lembar

Terhadap seluruh barang bukti/aset tersebut, Penyidik telah mengantongi dan menetapkan Persetujuan Penyitaan dari Ketua Pengadilan Negeri. Seluruh aset yang disita nantinya akan difungsikan sebagai pembayaran Uang Pengganti dalam penanganan perkara a quo. ***adh
