PPSPI Installs National and 38 Regional Boards, Strengthening Public Sector Professionalism
The Indonesian Association of Public Sector Professionals (PPSPI) has officially installed its national board and 38 regional boards (DPW) for the 2026–2031 term.
This new leadership is expected to strengthen professionalism within the public sector through collaboration, competency enhancement, and the strengthening of organizational networks across Indonesia.

The installation ceremony, held in a hybrid format on Monday (August 3) at the Ministry of Manpower offices in Jakarta, was led by Cris Kuntadi, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Manpower and Chairman of the PPSPI Advisory Board.
A total of 58 individuals were installed, comprising the advisory board, the supervisory board, the national board (DPN), division heads, and 38 regional board chairpersons representing all of Indonesia’s provinces.
The inauguration also featured the handing over of the PPSPI flag from the Advisory Board Chairman to the General Chairman of the PPSPI DPN, Amilin, symbolizing the transfer of leadership within the organization.
Furthermore, all board members signed an Integrity Pact and made a joint commitment, demonstrating their readiness to carry out the organization’s mandate by upholding integrity, professionalism, collaboration, and a service-oriented mindset.

In his address, Cris Kuntadi encouraged all board members to maintain confidence, build a healthy organization, and make a tangible contribution to improving the quality of the workforce in Indonesia’s public sector.
“PPSPI is intended to be a shared home base for public sector professionals to engage in continuous learning, collaborate, and propose solutions. Professionalism is no longer optional but a necessity for improving the quality of public service delivery,” said Cris Kuntadi.
With leadership presence across all provinces, PPSPI is expected to become a forum for public sector professionals to strengthen networks, share knowledge, and build capacity in support of public service delivery. ***rel
