Pegadaian Delivers Medical Equipment to Jambur Lak Lak Ketambe Health Center – Southeast Aceh
The Southeast Aceh Regency in Aceh Province was among the areas affected by severe flooding on November 26, 2025. Infrastructure and residential areas were destroyed by the floodwaters.
Southeast Aceh is now gradually recovering thanks to the assistance of the government and volunteers who assisted the victims of the floods and landslides.
The government’s assistance and support are still being felt. For example, the government, through the state-owned company PT Pegadaian, has demonstrated its commitment by sending medical equipment.
Medical equipment worth 300 million rupiah
The 300 million rupiah worth of medical equipment is earmarked for the development of the infrastructure and medical facilities of the Jambur Lak Lak Community Health Center in Ketambe District, Southeast Aceh Region.
“Thank God, the medical equipment has reached the community. We would like to sincerely thank PT Pegadaian for their assistance with the medical equipment, which allows us to serve the community in need of medical care,” said Emilda, SKM, MM, head of the Jambur Lak Lak Community Health Center.
On that occasion, Yohanis Wulang, Regional Office 1 of PT Pegadaian, along with Jainuddin, Head of the ESG Department of Pegadaian Pusat, visited the Jambur Lak Lak Community Health Center and attended its opening on Friday, February 13, 2026.
The medical equipment was handed over directly by Pegadaian to the Minister of Public Health, Budi Gunadi Sadikin, in the presence of the Regent of Southeast Aceh, H.M. Salim Fakhry, SE.MM., the Head of the Southeast Aceh Health Bureau, Rosita Astuti, S.SiT, M.Kes., and the Minister of Public Works and Housing (PUPR), Muhammad Noval.

Meanwhile, Yohanis Wulang, Head of Regional Office 1 of PT Pegadaian in Medan, stated that the effects of the floods and landslides are still being felt. Not all areas have been restored.
“Pegadaian is here on behalf of the government to share the suffering of the disaster victims. And on this occasion, through Pegadaian Peduli and its social and environmental responsibility program, we are trying to alleviate the heavy burden on the people of Southeast Aceh. By providing medical equipment, the Jambur Lak Lak Community Health Center can once again provide public health care,” said Yohanis, accompanied by Febrian Mega Putra, Head of Public Relations & Protocol at PT Pegadaian Regional Office 1 in Medan.
He hopes that the donated medical equipment will be optimally utilized by the medical staff at the Jambur Lak Lak Community Health Center to help the community, especially the disaster victims. ***red
