Ministry of Labour helps MagangHub alumni enter the labour market
The Ministry of Labour (Kemnaker) is committed to promoting the integration of national internship alumni (MagangHub Kemnaker) into the labour market, both nationally and internationally.
This initiative, named Career Relay, is being implemented via a digital transition from MagangHub to KarirHub, under the auspices of the SIAPkerja ecosystem.

“Thanks to this transition, internship alumni no longer complete a learning programme at a company alone, but are directly referred to a fully integrated labour market platform with thousands of reliable job vacancies,” stated Minister of Labour Yassierli in a press release from the Public Relations Office of the Ministry of Labour on Saturday, May 23, 2026.
The Minister explained that via KarirHub, MagangHub alumni can directly integrate their portfolios and the practical experience they gained during their internship at MagangHub into their professional profiles. KarirHub’s Job Matching System automatically matches alumni’s competencies to the specific needs of recruiting companies.
He added that, in order to enhance labor market integration, the Ministry of Labor has also integrated this system with various leading private job portals such as Glints, Jobstreet, Kalibrr, and KitaLulus.

“The experience gained during an internship is a very valuable selling point for companies. Participation in this national internship program demonstrably increases the chance for young talent to be noticed by professional recruiters, improves communication with various national companies, and simplifies the entire application process,” he stated.
The transition to KarirHub can be completed via the SIAPkerja ecosystem on the official website https://karirhub.kemnaker.go.id/. This process begins with registering a digital account, followed by completing a comprehensive personal profile.
Users are then asked to select their desired work interests, upload their best CV, and add their experience from the KarirHub program. As soon as their profile is ready, users can immediately actively search for available vacancies and apply for them.

The Minister of Labour also emphasized that the internship period is not the end, but rather the beginning of a long career. He reminded alumni never to stop learning and to be persistent in seizing every new opportunity.
“KarigHub is therefore the most important bridge we have built to guide MagangHub alumni towards the real world of work,” he concluded. ***rel
