JAM Pidsus reminds Pidsus staff to work professionally and maintain integrity
The Office of the Attorney General, through the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes, conducted another training in public speaking and leadership competency improvement, which was held at the Sasana Adhyaksa Hall of the East Java High Prosecutor’s Office, Surabaya, on Thursday, June 18, 2026.
The training attended by special crimes assistants and heads of district prosecutors from various regions in Indonesia was part of efforts to strengthen leadership and public communication competencies within the Indonesian Public Prosecution Service.

Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (JAM Pidsus) Febrie Adriansyah stressed that this activity is part of a strategy to strengthen leadership, improve the quality of case handling, build effective public communication and strengthen public confidence in the prosecutorial institution.
“Leadership is the most important basis for character building. When leadership values are well established, individuals will be born who are able to perform their duties professionally and reliably,” said JAM Pidsus Febrie Adriansyah.
JAM Pidsus Febrie Adriansyah once again reminded its staff, especially Aspidsus and Kajari, to prioritize professionalism, obey the law and uphold integrity in the service delivery and law enforcement of the Indonesian Public Prosecution Service, especially in dealing with criminal acts of corruption.

Febrie said he was proud of the performance of the special education and development sector, which continues to improve, especially in the area of law enforcement to root out corruption in a number of regions. The perpetrator will not only be sentenced to prison, but will also be able to recover the state’s financial losses due to the corruption crime that occurred.
“Pidsus’s performance in eradicating corruption has made one of the greatest contributions to building public trust to date. This has been proven by several research findings from research institutions to the Indonesian Public Prosecution Service. Let’s protect and preserve it,” said JAM Pidsus.
The training, which lasted two days, was attended by 94 participants, consisting of Aspidsus and heads of prosecutors from the Public Prosecution jurisdiction of East Java, South Sumatra, Maluku, Central Kalimantan and Southeast Sulawesi.
Chief Executive Andi Herman said this training aims to improve leadership competency, information delivery strategies and communication skills when handling special criminal cases of public interest.

This activity was also attended by the Head of the High Prosecution Service of East Java, Abdul Qohar AF, accompanied by the Deputy Head of East Java, Luhur Istighfar and his staff.
