National Vocational Training: Open to 300,000 participants, featuring free vocational training, official competency certification, and job placement assistance.

Income Tax Incentive (PPh 21): A government-funded income tax scheme for employees with a maximum monthly salary of 10 million Indonesian rupiah, including a revision of the non-taxable income threshold (PTKP).

Real Estate and First-Time Homebuyer Incentive: A 100% government-funded VAT exemption on home purchases valued between 2 billion and 5 billion Indonesian rupiah. A fixed mortgage interest rate of 6% is being offered for first-time home purchases by low-income households (MBR).

Ini Sederet Program Pemerintah 2027: Magang Nasional, Pelatihan Kerja, hingga Insentif Pajak Rumah!

Berikut ringkasan program pemerintah yang direncanakan mulai 2027:

Magang Nasional 2027: Target 150.000 peserta (dimulai bertahap sejak awal tahun hingga April 2027) dengan uang saku setara Upah Minimum Provinsi/Kota (UMP/UMK).

Pelatihan Vokasi Nasional: Dibuka untuk 300.000 peserta, lengkap dengan pelatihan kerja gratis, sertifikasi kompetensi resmi, hingga peluang penempatan kerja.

Insentif Pajak Penghasilan (PPh 21): Rencana PPh ditanggung pemerintah untuk pekerja dengan gaji maksimal Rp10 juta per bulan, serta evaluasi Batas Penghasilan Tidak Kena Pajak (PTKP).

Insentif Properti & Rumah Pertama: PPN ditanggung pemerintah 100% untuk pembelian rumah seharga Rp2 miliar hingga Rp5 miliar. Dan Bunga KPR tetap (fixed rate) 6% untuk pembelian rumah pertama bagi Masyarakat Berpenghasilan Rendah (MBR).

Perlindungan Pekerja & Aturan Lainnya

  • Diskon iuran BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
  • Tambahan manfaat Jaminan Kehilangan Pekerjaan (JKP).
