Family Welfare Movement (PKK) officials encouraged to use SIPANDA app for administrative organization
The head of the Family Welfare Movement of North Sumatra Province (TP PKK), Kahiyang Ayu, has encouraged all TP PKK officials, down to the village level, to use the Reporting and Data Information System (SIPANDA) app. This step is considered crucial for a more orderly and effective administration and for streamlining the reporting process.
Kahiyang Ayu did this during a monitoring session with TP PKK in the village of La’aya, Tuhemberua District, North Nias Regency, together with Titiek Sugiharti Surya, Expert Staff I of TP PKK North Sumatra.

Kahiyang Ayu explained that the monitoring activity is an annual agenda aimed at evaluating administrative organization. The evaluation includes registering family data, implementing work programs, and optimizing the reporting system at the village or sub-district level, sub-district level, and district/city level.
“An orderly administrative process is crucial to ensure that all PKK data and work programs are recorded correctly, and to facilitate control and reporting,” said Kahiyang.
According to her, an optimal reporting system must be implemented hierarchically to guarantee accurate and timely information. Therefore, all PKK officials, particularly at the village level, are expected to use the SIPANDA application for their organizational administration.
“To streamline PKK administration, officials at the village level must use the SIPANDA application. This application is designed to alleviate the administrative workload, so that officials can focus more on direct empowerment in the field,” she said.
During the monitoring, Kahiyang Ayu, together with Titiek Sugiharti Surya and Arismanwati A. Waruwu, head of the PKK in North Nias District, visited the reading corner and spoke with the children. On this occasion, they also presented resources in the form of folding study tables and coloring materials.
The series of activities continued with an evaluation of products from micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and high-quality agricultural products from North Nias District.
Kahiyang Ayu emphasized that improving administrative order is not the ultimate goal, but rather forms the basis for a more effective and targeted implementation of all PKK programs, so that they yield actual benefits for the community. ***rel
