Telkomsel’s RoaMAX Hajj Package for a peaceful Hajj pilgrimage
On the occasion of the 1447 H Hajj season, Telkomsel offers digital connectivity support so that Indonesian pilgrims can complete their pilgrimage in peace, stay in touch with their families, and receive assistance when needed.
This support includes the RoaMAX Hajj package 2026, 5G network access in Saudi Arabia, GraPARI Mecca, Telkomsel Hajj post offices at 17 departure points, and 24/7 free customer service via the call center, the virtual assistant Veronika, and the Hajj Corner feature on MyTelkomsel.
Danang Andrianto, Vice President of Product Marketing and Customer Service Halo at Telkomsel, stated that the spirit of ‘complete service’ forms the basis for Telkomsel’s support of Hajj pilgrims.
“With RoaMAX Hajj 2026, we offer larger data bundles, reliable access to the roaming network thanks to the partnership with STC, Mobily, and Zain, and fast 5G access, so that pilgrims can communicate comfortably and focus on their pilgrimage with peace of mind. RoaMAX Hajj 2026 is designed to meet a number of key connectivity needs of pilgrims, including a stable internet connection for communication with family, access to essential digital services, and support during the journey.
This package offers:
- A data bundle of up to 42 GB with a validity period of up to 60 days
- Includes a transit limit of 1 GB that can be used in 13 countries (Qatar, UAE, Palestine, Turkey, Egypt, Jordan, Oman, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, India, Sri Lanka).
- Includes a domestic limit of 2 GB, which can be used during embarkation in Indonesia.
- 5G network access up to 100 Mbps (coverage depends on local network availability).
- VoLTE support for clearer and more stable voice calls.
- Free subscription to the Qara’a app, an AI-based platform for learning the Quran.
Choose the package that best suits your pilgrimage duration
- Telkomsel offers various RoaMAX Hajj options (including VAT):
- RoaMAX Hajj Internet: 17–42 GB data limit, active for 20–60 days, from IDR 500,000.
- Combo RoaMAX Hajj: 17–42 GB data, up to 150 minutes of calling + 150 SMS messages, from IDR 610,000.
- Talkmania: 15–250 minutes of calling, valid for 1–45 days, from IDR 50,000.
