Darmawansyah, the Director General of Vocational Training and Productivity Development (Binalavotas) at the Ministry of Manpower, stated that the selection process is being conducted based on the needs, internship areas, and requirements defined by each organizing partner.
“The selection process is a crucial step in ensuring that participants undertake internships that align with their field of expertise and the needs of the organizing partner,” said Darmawansyah in a press release issued by the Ministry of Manpower’s Public Relations Bureau on Friday, September 11, 2026.
The selection results are expected to be announced on September 18, 2026. Successful participants will begin their internships on September 21, 2026.

Program Pemagangan Nasional (MagangHub) Batch 2 Angkatan II Tahun 2026 tengah memasuki tahap seleksi peserta oleh mitra penyelenggara. Seleksi berlangsung pada 9–15 September 2026.
Calon peserta yang telah mendaftar mengikuti seleksi sesuai dengan mekanisme yang ditetapkan masing-masing mitra penyelenggara, baik perusahaan maupun kementerian/lembaga yang dipilih.

Hasil seleksi dijadwalkan diumumkan pada 18 September 2026. Peserta yang dinyatakan lolos dijadwalkan memulai kegiatan pemagangan pada 21 September 2026.
Darmawansyah mengatakan pemagangan perlu memberikan pengalaman kerja dan pembelajaran yang relevan dengan kompetensi peserta. Karena itu, proses seleksi diharapkan dapat mempertemukan kebutuhan mitra penyelenggara dengan kompetensi dan minat calon peserta.
“Kami ingin pemagangan ini menjadi kesempatan bagi peserta untuk memperoleh pengalaman kerja yang relevan dengan kompetensinya. Karena itu, proses pemagangan harus memberikan pengalaman yang mendukung pengembangan kompetensi peserta,” ujar Darmawansyah.
