Bobby Nasution’s Political Pledge: Providing Business Capital to Residents of Tapteng
The Governor of North Sumatra, Muhammad Bobby Afif Nasution, inaugurated the Armco Bailey Bridge in the village of Parjalihotan, Pinangsori District, Central Tapanuli Regency.
The bridge is expected to further improve public access and support community activities, including children’s access to school.

The bridge was inaugurated by Bobby on Thursday, September 3, 2026. The Parjalihotan Bailey Bridge was built by personnel of the Indonesian Armed Forces (TNI) in cooperation with the local population and is one of 13 bridges built as part of a TNI-community partnership in various areas of North Sumatra.
The Parjalihotan Bailey Bridge connects hamlets 6 and 7 of the village of Parjalihotan. Bobby encouraged all those involved to maintain the bridge and monitor its condition to ensure its continued use.
“I ask if we can inspect the bridge every two or three months. If there are defects, we can help reinforce them,” said Bobby.
Bobby expressed his appreciation for the Indonesian Armed Forces (TNI) for their cooperation with the community during the construction of the bridge. He emphasized that the existence of the bridge is crucial for the community’s mobility and activities.

“Hopefully, it helps you all and your children to go to school,” said Bobby.
Bobby explained that the construction of the Bailey bridge is one of the disaster relief measures taken in Tapteng and various other areas in North Sumatra. He indicated that disaster relief in North Sumatra will continue until 2028.
“Disaster relief will continue until 2028. If, for example, there are damaged roads, we will repair them,” said Bobby. In addition to the official opening of the bridge, Bobby also held a direct conversation with the community. During this conversation, Bobby outlined plans to provide the community with start-up capital for businesses through a collaboration between the Provincial Government of North Sumatra and Bank Sumut.
“Next week, the Provincial Government of North Sumatra and Bank Sumut will be able to provide start-up capital to women. We will provide capital to the first 50 women. If their businesses are successful, we will provide additional capital,” said Bobby.

The plan was positively received by the community. Idasari, a resident of Parjalihotan, expressed her gratitude for the government’s attention to the people in her village.
“Thank you, Governor, for your attention. I hope we continue to receive this attention,” said Ida.

Janji Politik Bobby Nasution : Beri Modal Usaha Bagi Warga Tapteng
Gubernur Sumatera Utara (Sumut), Muhammad Bobby Afif Nasution meresmikan Jembatan Armco Kombinasi Bailey di Desa Parjalihotan, Kecamatan Pinangsori, Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah (Tapteng).
Kehadiran jembatan tersebut diharapkan semakin memperlancar akses masyarakat dan mendukung aktivitas warga, termasuk akses anak-anak menuju sekolah.
Peresmian jembatan tersebut dilakukan Bobby, Kamis, 3 September 2026. Jembatan Bailey Parjalihotan dibangun personel TNI bersama masyarakat dan menjadi salah satu dari 13 jembatan yang dibangun melalui kolaborasi TNI dan masyarakat sebagai bagian dari upaya penanganan dampak bencana di sejumlah wilayah Sumut.
Jembatan Bailey Parjalihotan menghubungkan Dusun 6 dan Dusun 7 Desa Parjalihotan. Bobby mengajak seluruh pihak untuk menjaga dan memantau kondisi jembatan agar dapat terus digunakan dengan baik.
“Saya minta setiap dua bulan atau tiga bulan kita cek jembatannya kalau kalau masih ada kekurangan boleh kita bantu penguatannya,” kata Bobby.
Bobby mengapresiasi TNI yang telah berkolaborasi dengan masyarakat dalam pembangunan jembatan tersebut. Menurutnya, keberadaan jembatan sangat penting dalam mendukung mobilitas dan aktivitas masyarakat.
“Mudah-mudahan dapat membantu akses bapak ibu semua untuk anak-anak sekolah,” kata Bobby.
Bobby mengatakan, pembangunan Jembatan Bailey tersebut merupakan salah satu upaya penanganan bencana yang terjadi di Tapteng dan sejumlah wilayah Sumut. Penanganan dampak bencana di Sumut, menurutnya, akan terus dilakukan hingga 2028.
“Penanganan bencana akan dilakukan sampai dengan 2028, misalnya ada jalan yang rusak nanti kita bangun,” kata Bobby.
Selain meresmikan jembatan, Bobby juga berdialog langsung dengan masyarakat. Dalam dialog tersebut, Bobby menyampaikan rencana pemberian modal usaha bagi masyarakat melalui kolaborasi Pemerintah Provinsi (Pemprov) Sumut dan Bank Sumut.
“Minggu depan, Pemprov Sumut dan Bank Sumut bisa memberikan modal usaha untuk ibu-ibu, nanti kita kasih modalnya, nanti kita kasih untuk 50 orang pertama, selanjutnya kalau usahanya bagus kita kasih lagi tambahan modalnya,” ucap Bobby.
Rencana tersebut mendapat sambutan positif dari masyarakat. Salah seorang warga Parjalihotan, Idasari, menyampaikan terima kasih atas perhatian pemerintah terhadap masyarakat di desanya.
“Terima kasih pak Gubernur atas perhatiannya, semoga kami terus diberi perhatian seperti ini,” kata Ida.
Turut hadir mendampingi Gubernur, Bupati Tapanuli Tengah Masinton Pasaribu, Kepala Dinas PUPR Sumut Chandra Dalimunthe, Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Sumut Alexander Sinulingga, dan Plt Kepala Dinas Sumber Daya Air Sumut Gibson Panjaitan. ***rel
