The BSU will be paid out in a single lump sum totaling Rp 900,000, with distribution expected to take place in November–December 2026 via the Association of State-Owned Banks (Himbara) and PT Pos Indonesia. Employees do not need to register to receive the BSU.

Furthermore, priority is given to employees who were not beneficiaries of the Family Hope Program (PKH) during the period leading up to the BSU disbursement.

The salary figure used to determine eligibility is based on the most recent wage reported by the employer to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, as recorded in the participant’s data. This wage consists of a base salary plus fixed allowances.

For employees in regions where the regional/municipal minimum wage (UMK) exceeds 3.5 million Indonesian rupiah, the salary threshold is adjusted to match the local UMK, rounded to the nearest hundred thousand rupiah.

For regions without a UMK, the provincial minimum wage (UMP) applies, subject to the same rounding requirements. Indah reminded employers to ensure that the employee data submitted reflects the actual situation and meets the requirements for BSU (Wage Subsidy Assistance) recipients. Adapun persyaratan penerima BSU 2026 meliputi warga negara Indonesia yang memiliki Nomor Induk Kependudukan (NIK), peserta aktif BPJS Ketenagakerjaan hingga Agustus 2026, serta menerima upah paling banyak Rp3,5 juta per bulan atau sebesar upah minimum yang berlaku di wilayahnya.

BSU dikecualikan bagi anggota ASN, TNI, dan Polri. Sementara itu, pekerja yang tidak sedang menerima Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) pada periode sebelum penyaluran BSU menjadi kelompok yang diprioritaskan.

Besaran upah yang menjadi dasar penentuan penerima mengacu pada upah terakhir yang dilaporkan pemberi kerja kepada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dan tercatat dalam data kepesertaan. Upah tersebut terdiri atas gaji pokok dan tunjangan tetap.

Untuk pekerja di daerah yang memiliki Upah Minimum Kabupaten/Kota (UMK) lebih dari Rp3,5 juta, batas upah disesuaikan dengan UMK setempat yang dibulatkan ke atas hingga ratusan ribu rupiah penuh.

Sementara itu, bagi daerah yang tidak memiliki UMK, batas upah mengacu pada Upah Minimum Provinsi (UMP) dengan ketentuan pembulatan yang sama.

Indah mengingatkan pemberi kerja agar memastikan data pekerja yang disampaikan sesuai dengan kondisi sebenarnya dan memenuhi persyaratan penerima BSU. Ketepatan data menjadi bagian penting dalam proses penetapan penerima bantuan.

“Kami mengimbau pemberi kerja untuk menyampaikan data pekerja secara akurat dan memastikan pekerja yang diusulkan memenuhi persyaratan,” kata Indah.
