The Deputy Minister of Labor, Afriansyah Noor, officially opened the Bhayangkara Presisi Job Fair and SME Bazaar of the Jambi Regional Police in Jambi.
The Deputy Minister of Labor emphasized that micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are pillars of the national economy that continue to grow and develop, but are often overlooked.

Afriansyah rejected the stigma that SMEs are merely refuges for job seekers rejected by large companies. He stated that SMEs are the best breeding grounds for career development, where employees must be creative, flexible, and solution-oriented despite limitations.
“Our economic future depends not only on a handful of large companies, but also on the millions of SMEs operating flexibly at the local level. To the younger generation: if the doors of large companies are not yet open to you, take a look around. There are many growing SMEs that need your fresh ideas and digital expertise,” said Afriansyah.
The Deputy Minister of Labor expressed his appreciation for the job fair held on the occasion of Bhayangkara Day, as a tactical measure to preserve the purchasing power of the population. “This job fair also ensures that national stability is maintained by strengthening the family economy,” he said.

He called the action of the Jambi Regional Police a manifestation of the highest essence of Bhayangkara, namely Rastra Sewakotama (First Servant for the Nation and the Country).
“When the police open themselves up as widely as possible to facilitate meetings between job seekers and employers, this is the best preventive measure. This is a form of law enforcement in its noblest dimension, namely the prevention of social inequality,” he added.
The Deputy Minister of Labor conveyed a message to the business community (DUDI) that the recruitment process must be inclusive, transparent, and fair, and provide space for young people from Jambi to demonstrate their valuable qualities.
He encouraged job seekers to seize this golden opportunity with both hands and to show the competence and high work ethic that characterize the spirit of Bhayangkara.

“We hope that the Bhayangkara Presisi Job Fair and SME Market will become a new driving force in the fight against unemployment and the creation of more employment in Jambi Province,” he said.
