52 trillion rupiah in forest management proceeds deposited into state treasury
President Prabowo Subianto expressed his pride in the positive achievements of the Forest Management Task Force (Satgas PKH) to date, particularly regarding the recovery of financial and economic losses for the state.
“The PKH Task Force has succeeded in depositing 52 trillion rupiah into the state treasury. This is an extraordinary achievement,” President Prabowo said, praising the team during the presentation of administrative fines, the recovery of state funds, and the Phase VIII recovery of forest areas at the Attorney General’s Office in Jakarta on Tuesday, October 6, 2026.

President Prabowo Subianto expressed his gratitude to all members of the PKH Task Force for their hard work in the face of various challenges.
“I appreciate the steadfast and unyielding spirit of the PKH Task Force, which has protected millions of hectares of state land,” said President Prabowo Subianto.
The President stated that the value of the losses recovered by the PKH Task Force would be sufficient to repair thousands of homes and schools.
This figure was reached through a combination of recovered financial losses and the estimated value of the land reclaimed by the PKH Task Force, which totaled 400 trillion Indonesian rupiah.

“This recovered money will be used for the construction of schools and homes, the improvement of agricultural irrigation, and the prevention of forest fires,” said President Prabowo Subianto. The total disbursement of funds for this eighth phase of the support measure amounts to IDR 13,241,335,681,910.13. This amount will be transferred to the state treasury via the Ministry of Finance, as follows:
1. The PKH Task Force collected IDR 3,475,738,523,741.13 in administrative fines from the forestry sector.
2. Non-tax state revenue (PNBP) derived from the handling of special offenses amounted to IDR 1,535,750,234,271.
3. Tax revenue from taxpayers pursued by the PKH Task Force amounted to IDR 8,229,846,923,898.
In addition to recovering state funds, the PKH Task Force also optimized the recovery of forest areas that had been utilized in violation of laws and regulations.

Based on data from October 6, 2026, the total area of recovered forest land comprised 6,206,212.14 hectares in the plantation sector and 14,633.79 hectares in the mining sector, bringing the total to 6,220,845.93 hectares. Following this acquisition, the PKH Task Force today executed Phase VIII of the forest area transfer, covering 259,230.73 hectares, with the following details:
The plantation sector, covering 140,762.04 hectares, has been transferred to the Ministry of Forestry and will be managed by PT Agrinas Palma Nusantara (Persero).
Protected forests, covering 118,256.74 hectares, have been transferred to the Ministry of Forestry for reforestation (forest restoration).
The mining sector, covering 211.95 hectares, has been transferred to the Ministry of Forestry.
This transfer confirms that the state’s reclamation of forest areas aims not only to halt violations but also to restore the functions of forest areas, restructure natural resource management, optimize state revenue, and manage state assets productively and sustainably.

The PKH Task Force will continue to maintain order in a measured and responsible manner, guided by legal provisions, while ensuring that legal rights are respected and protected.

Attorney General ST Burhanuddin stated that the PKH task force does not belong to a single institution but is a joint effort involving 12 ministries and agencies, with the sole objective of returning forest areas—and all the benefits associated with them—to the state.
Furthermore, Attorney General ST Burhanuddin emphasized the need for unity within the PKH task force, noting that it cannot operate in isolation. He is convinced that the greatest strength of law enforcement lies in public support.

Hasil Penertiban Kawasan Hutan Senilai 52 Triliun Disetorkan ke Kas Negara
Presiden Prabowo Subianto menyampaikan kebanggaannya atas kinerja positif yang dihasilkan Satuan Tugas Penertiban Kawasan Hutan (Satgas PKH) selama ini, khususnya dalam pemulihan kerugian keuangan negara dan perekonomian negara.
“Satgas PKH mampu menyetorkan uang mencapai Rp 52 triliun ke kas negara. Ini sebuah prestasi luar biasa,” puji Presiden Prabowo dalam kegiatan Penyerahan Denda Administratif dan Penyelamatan Keuangan Negara serta Penguasaan Kembali Kawasan Hutan Tahap VIII di Kejagung, Jakarta, Selasa, 6 Oktober 2026.
Presiden Prabowo Subianto menyampaikan terima kasih kepada seluruh anggota Satgas PKH yang telah bekerja keras dengan beragam tantangan.
“Saya menghargai sikap pantang mundur dan pantang menyerah dari jajaran Satgas PKH yang telah menjaga jutaan hektar lahan negara,” ujar Presiden Prabowo Subianto.
Presiden mengungkapkan, nilai kerugian yang berhasil diselamatkan oleh Satgas PKH dapat memperbaiki ribuan rumah dan sekolah.
Angka tersebut tercapai berkat hasil penyelamatan kerugian keuangan dan nilai taksiran lahan yang dikuasai kembali oleh Satgas PKH yang nilainya mencapai hingga Rp400 triliun.
”Penyelamatan uang ini dipergunakan untuk membangun sekolah-sekolah, membangun rumah-rumah, memperbaiki irigasi-irigasi lahan pertanian dan mencegah kebakaran-kebakaran lahan,” tegas Presiden Prabowo Subianto.
Adapun jumlah penyerahan uang tahap VIII ini senilai total Rp13.241.335.681.910,13 yang masuk ke kas negara melalui Kementerian Keuangan dengan rincian:
1. Penagihan denda administratif di bidang kehutanan oleh Satgas PKH senilai Rp3.475.738.523.741,13
2. Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNBP) dari penanganan tindak pidana khusus senilai Rp1.535.750.234.271
3. Penerimaan pajak atas wajib pajak tindak lanjut Satgas PKH senilai Rp8.229.846.923.898.
Selain pemulihan keuangan negara, Satgas PKH juga mengoptimalkan penguasaan kembali kawasan hutan yang selama ini dimanfaatkan tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan.
Berdasarkan data per 6 Oktober 2026, akumulasi luas kawasan hutan yang berhasil dikuasai kembali meliputi sektor perkebunan seluas 6.206.212,14 hektare dan sektor pertambangan seluas 14.633,79 hektare, sehingga total keseluruhan mencapai 6.220.845,93 hektare.
Sebagai bentuk tindak lanjut atas penguasaan tersebut, pada hari ini Satgas PKH melaksanakan Penyerahan Kawasan Hutan Tahap VIII seluas 259.230,73 hektare, dengan rincian sebagai berikut:
Sektor perkebunan seluas 140.762,04 hektare diserahkan kepada Kementerian Kehutanan untuk dikelola oleh PT Agrinas Palma Nusantara (Persero)
Hutan konservasi dan hutan lindung seluas 118.256,74 hektare diserahkan kepada Kementerian Kehutanan untuk dilaksanakan reforestasi (pemulihan hutan)
Sektor pertambangan seluas 211,95 hektare diserahkan kepada Kementerian Kehutanan.
Penyerahan tersebut menegaskan bahwa penguasaan kembali kawasan hutan oleh negara tidak semata-mata ditujukan untuk menghentikan pelanggaran, tetapi diarahkan pada pemulihan fungsi kawasan hutan, penataan kembali tata kelola sumber daya alam, optimalisasi penerimaan negara, serta pengelolaan aset negara secara produktif dan berkelanjutan.
Satgas PKH akan terus melaksanakan penertiban secara terukur dan akuntabel dengan berpedoman pada ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan, sekaligus memastikan bahwa hak-hak yang sah tetap dihormati dan dilindungi.
Langkah ini merupakan wujud nyata kehadiran negara dalam menjaga kawasan hutan sebagai aset strategis nasional, memperbaiki tata kelola sumber daya alam, serta memastikan pemanfaatannya sebesar-besarnya untuk kemakmuran rakyat.
Jaksa Agung ST Burhanuddin dalam kapasitasnya menyampaikan bahwa Satgas PKH bukan milik satu lembaga manapun melainkan kerja bersama 12 kementerian/lembaga dengan satu tujuan untuk mengembalikan kawasan hutan dan seluruh manfaatnya kepada negara.
Lebih lanjut, Jaksa Agung ST Burhanuddin menegaskan agar Satgas PKH harus bersatu dan tidak dapat berjalan sendiri. Menurutnya, kekuatan terbesar penegakan hukum ada pada dukungan rakyat.
”Kami mengajak seluruh elemen masyarakat untuk berdiri bersama Satgas PKH agar menjaga perjuangan ini karena hutan dan kekayaan alam ini adalah warisan untuk anak cucu kita. Ketika rakyat dan negara bersatu, tidak ada kekuatan modal yang dapat mengalahkannya,” tegas Jaksa Agung. ***adh
