Quality Performance and Relevance of Telkomsel’s Digital Services
In 2025, Telkomsel realized revenue of 109.3 trillion Indonesian rupees and a net profit of 19.7 trillion Indonesian rupees, supported by a transformation towards higher-quality growth.
The contribution of digital business services, which account for more than 95% of mobile revenue, and the annual growth of data traffic by 15% are strong indicators of the relevance of Telkomsel’s services to meeting the digital needs of the public.
Furthermore, the quality-oriented strategy is also reflected in the consolidated customer base of 156.1 million subscribers, with average revenue per user (ARPU) rising to 45,000 Indonesian rupees at the end of the year, indicating improved productivity.
Telkomsel continues to strengthen the customer experience through the development of converged services, with a penetration of approximately 59%, and the growth in the number of fixed broadband subscribers. As a result, the total customer base continues to exceed 10 million, reinforcing Telkomsel’s role in delivering the ever-growing need for home connectivity.
