2 Teenagers Murder Boru Siagian, Body Hidden in Fiber Box
Police have discovered the murder of Rahmadani Siagian (20), a woman whose body was found in Gang Seroja, Jalan Menteng VII, Medan Denai.
A few hours after the discovery of Rahmadani’s body, police arrested two teenagers identified as SHR (19) and SAN (19).
Killer Believed to Be Friend of Victim
SHR was arrested in Marindal I Village, Patumbak District, while SAN was arrested on Jalan Flamboyan Raya, Medan Tuntungan.
CCTV footage shows SHR driving a Honda Beat motorcycle, dressed in a motorcycle taxi uniform.
SAN is suspected to be the main suspect. He is also suspected of being the victim’s friend and allegedly holding the container containing the victim’s body.
Police successfully arrested the perpetrators, and the investigation is ongoing.
The head of the Medan police detective unit, AKBP Bayu Putro Wijayanto, confirmed the arrest.
However, Bayu did not provide further details about the two men’s roles and motives.
“They have been arrested. We are still investigating. Currently, there are two suspects, but we are still working on the case. They are both teenagers,” he said on Wednesday (March 11, 2026).***
