Tomorrow, June 18, MagangHub Batch III closes

The Ministry of Labor (Kemnaker) calls upon all participants, mentors, and internship supervisors to complete all final phases of the National Internship Program (MagangHub) Batch III, Batch I, as soon as possible. The program officially closes on June 18, 2026.

Anwar Sanusi, Head of the Agency for Labor Planning and Development (Barenbang Ketenagakerjaan) of the Ministry of Labor, emphasizes that the final phases of the program are crucial and must be completed in an orderly manner to ensure the smooth running of administrative processes, the awarding of certificates, the payment of allowances, and the implementation of competency certification.

“MagangHub Batch III, Class I, has entered its final phase. We remind all participants, mentors, and internship supervisors that all program obligations must be met on time. Participant rights, including certificates and the payment of allowances, must not be hindered by unfulfilled administrative steps,” stated Anwar Sanusi in a press release from the Office for Public Relations of the Ministry of Labor on Tuesday, June 16, 2026.

Anwar explained that participants must complete their final attendance records, their final daily report, and a questionnaire via the system. Completing the questionnaire is a mandatory condition for completing the program and the final payment of allowances.

In addition to the participants, mentors and internship supervisors also play a crucial role in the completion of the program. Mentors are responsible for approving participants’ attendance and reports, conducting assessments, and completing questionnaires. Internship supervisors are responsible for preparing participant certificates, submitting placement reports and competency certificates (if applicable), and completing the supervisor questionnaire.

According to Anwar, completing all these steps forms the basis for submitting the invoice for the sixth-month allowance. Requirements that must be met include attendance approval, monthly report cards, participant final grades, and questionnaires for participants, mentors, and operators.

“We hope that everyone involved utilizes the remaining time to ensure that no steps are skipped. Completing the administrative requirements on time will ensure that the program can be concluded more quickly and in a more orderly manner,” he said.

The Ministry of Labor has scheduled the payment of allowances for June 17-18 and June 22-23, 2026. The official end date for MagangHub Batch III, Batch I, is June 18, 2026.

Anwar added that participants who successfully complete the program will receive an internship certificate. Participants who do not complete the program but have completed an internship of at least three months will receive a certificate in accordance with the program regulations.

Upon completion of the program, successful participants will also have the opportunity to participate in a competency certification offered by the National Bureau for Professional Certification (BNSP). Registration for the certification will take place from June 29 to July 10, 2026, and the certification implementation will take place from July 13 to August 13, 2026, at 21 professional certification bodies (LSP) BBPVP/BPVP of the Ministry of Labour, with 15 available certification programs.

Anwar hopes that all participants successfully complete the program and make use of the various available facilities to enhance their competence and competitiveness in the labor market. “Internships are not only about gaining learning time in the workplace, but also serve as a means to develop competence, work ethic, and preparation for the labor market. Therefore, we encourage all participants to successfully complete this program to the final phase, so that you can experience its optimal benefits,” he concluded. ***REL
