The Bone Bolango Prosecutor’s Office assists village governments in achieving village development
The Bone Bolango Prosecutor’s Office remains committed to strengthening village governance through preventive and educational legal assistance.
An example of this commitment is the legal assistance provided for the management of village funds in eight villages in the Bone Bolango district.
On Monday, January 26, 2026, at approximately 1:00 PM WITA, a public meeting was held at the Bone Bolango Prosecutor’s Office. This was led by the head of the Civil and State Administration Division (Kasi Datun) of the Bone Bolango Prosecutor’s Office, Heriyadi Djunaidi, S.H., M.H., accompanied by the team of prosecutors (JPN) from the Bone Bolango Prosecutor’s Office.
“This disclosure follows a request from the village government for legal assistance in the management of the village funds, so that they are implemented in accordance with the principles of transparency, accountability, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations,” said Feddy Hantyo Nugroho, S.H., M.H., head of the Bone Bolango Prosecutor’s Office.
Village Funds Stimulate Development and Community Improvement
According to him, village funds are a strategic tool for stimulating development and improving the well-being of village communities, and therefore, their management must be carried out in an appropriate, professional, and responsible manner.
“That’s why the Public Prosecutor’s Office is present as a partner to the village government, providing legal assistance from the planning, implementation, and accountability stages,” he emphasized.
During this presentation, the Public Prosecutor’s team presented and reviewed the village fund management plan in each village. They also provided legal input to ensure that policies and activities do not conflict with applicable legal provisions.
Minimizing Potential Administrative Errors Related to the Village Fund
The Bone Bolango District Public Prosecutor’s Office hopes that this legal assistance will increase the village officials’ confidence in the performance of their duties and powers and reduce the risk of administrative errors and future legal problems.
This legal assistance also aligns with the role of the Public Prosecutor’s partners in the villages.
