Stocks Danantara is targeting in February 2026
The Daya Anagata Nusantara Investment Management Agency (BPI Danantara) investment fund has admitted that it will buy stocks with strong fundamentals in February 2026.
Pandu Sjahrir, Danantara’s Chief Investment Officer, stated that Danantara has selected stocks from companies with strong performance.
“As we stated previously, we actively buy stocks from companies with attractive valuations, good companies with healthy cash flow, and also good fundamentals and liquidity,” he said Monday, February 2, 2026, at the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in Jakarta.
Investing in the Indonesian stock market remains attractive
According to him, investing in the Indonesian stock market remains attractive, despite the negative reactions to MSCI’s policy adjustments that have affected the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI).
“Because the economy is doing well and valuations are very attractive. Just look at the reports this morning from various brokers; they talk about the good work of the stock market regulator, which is working very quickly,” he explained.
Capital market investors can invest for the long term
He encouraged capital market investors to invest for the long term.
“We are actively buying the stocks I mentioned earlier, which have good cash flow, a good business profile, a good valuation, and also require good liquidity,” he concluded.
Rosan Roeslani, CEO of Danantara, shared this view. He emphasized that Danantara focuses on stocks with an appropriate valuation.
“Yes, of course our analysis must be fundamentally sound, the cash flow must be strong, and the valuation must be correct.” ***obs
