RI Prosecutor’s Office Asset Recovery Agency shows off luxury cars and assets seized through corruption
The Indonesian Public Prosecution Service’s Asset Recovery Agency (BPA) attended and opened an exhibition booth at the Jakarta Fair (PRJ), which took place at JIEXPO Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, Saturday, June 20, 2026.
BPA’s presence in this exhibition is a form of personalization and socialization of BPA’s tasks and functions for the wider community attending the 2026 PRJ event.

After successfully donating the Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) with successful auction sales and asset tracing totaling IDR 1,029,874,376,628 (Rupiah 1.02 trillion), BPA again attended the Jakarta Fair to increase public interest in participating in the next auction.
Asset Recovery Agency head Kuntadi said the momentum of BPA’s participation in the Jakarta Fair was made the most of to provide better and more interactive services to the community.
In addition, the presence of the BPA booth aims to increase the active participation of the community in participating in the auction of looted and confiscated goods from the state.
“The Asset Recovery Agency of the Indonesian Attorney General is present through an exhibition platform at the Jakarta Fair to provide services to the community and promote community participation in participating in auctions of BPA goods,” Kuntadi added.

Kuntadi further emphasized that active community participation in this auction activity plays a crucial role in supporting the law enforcement agenda, especially in efforts to recover financial losses incurred by the state and recover losses suffered by crime victims.
Through transparent management and auction mechanisms, assets that were previously immovable or ‘dormant assets’ can be converted back into assets that have economic value and are beneficial to society and the state.
At the end of his presentation, the head of BPA invited all walks of life visiting the Jakarta Fair to enliven and visit the exhibition booth of the Asset Recovery Agency to obtain information on the process of asset recovery and responsible and transparent auction mechanism. ***adh
