Public Prosecution Service transfers MBG corruption case to Central Jakarta Public Prosecutor’s Office
The Public Prosecution Service—through the investigation team of the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes—has transferred Dadan Hindayana and five other suspects, along with evidence, to the Central Jakarta Public Prosecutor’s Office.
The case concerns alleged corruption regarding the management of the National Food Agency’s (BGN) free meal program (MBG) for the 2025–2026 period.

Anang Supriatna, Head of the Public Prosecution Service’s Legal Information Center, stated that the transfer took place after the case files for the six suspects were declared complete.
“Today, the suspects and evidence were transferred in the alleged corruption case surrounding the management of the BGN’s free meal program for the 2025–2026 period,” Anang stated on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at the Central Jakarta District Attorney’s Office.
One of the suspects transferred is Dadan Hindayana, the former BGN director for the 2024–2025 period. Additionally, the Public Prosecution Service transferred the case involving suspects Sony Sonjaya and Lodewik Pusung, both former deputy directors of the BGN.
“The suspect is Lalu Muhammad Iwan, who was the Deputy Secretary for Promotion and Cooperation at the BGN. Another suspect is Glory Harimas, a private citizen, and the third suspect is Asep Yusuf Somantri, also a private citizen,” explained Anang, Head of the Legal Information Center.

Investigators confirmed that they had questioned approximately 233 witnesses and four experts during the investigation.
“The public prosecutor has declared the case file against the suspects complete, with evidence including statements from around 233 witnesses and four experts, as well as written evidence, documents, and other materials,” said Anang.
He stated that further details regarding the case would emerge during the trial. Anang also reported that, according to calculations by the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP), the financial losses to the state in the alleged corruption case involving MBG’s management amount to approximately 10 trillion Indonesian rupiah.

Kejagung Limpahkan Perkara Korupsi MBG ke Kejari Jakarta Pusat
Kejaksaan Agung, lewat tim penyidik Jaksa Agung Muda Pidana Khusus menyerahkan Dadan Hindayana dan lima tersangka lainnya beserta barang bukti dalam perkara dugaan tindak pidana korupsi tata kelola program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) pada Badan Gizi Nasional (BGN) periode 2025-2026 kepada Kejaksaan Negeri Jakarta Pusat.
Kepala Pusat Penerangan Hukum Kejagung Anang Supriatna mengatakan, penyerahan tersebut dilakukan setelah berkas perkara keenam tersangka dinyatakan lengkap.
“Pada hari ini telah dilakukan penyerahan tersangka dan barang bukti dalam perkara dugaan tindak pidana korupsi tata kelola program makan bergizi gratis pada BGN tahun 2025 sampai dengan tahun 2026,” ungkap Anang di Kejari Jakarta Pusat, Selasa, 29 September 2026.
Salah satu tersangka yang dilimpahkan yaitu mantan kepala BGN periode 2024 hingga 2025 yaitu Dadan Hindayana. Selain itu, Kejagung juga melimpahkan tersangka Sony Sonjaya dan Lodewik Pusung keduanya mantan Wakil Kepala BGN.
“Tersangka Lalu Muhammad Iwan yang menjabat selaku Sekretaris Deputi Bidang Promosi dan Kerja Sama Badan Gizi Nasional. Tersangka Glory Harimas selaku pihak swasta dan Tersangka Asep Yusuf Somantri selaku pihak swasta,” urai Kapuspenkum Anang.
Penyidik memastikan bahwa telah memeriksa sekitar 233 saksi dan empat ahli dalam proses penyidikan perkara tersebut.
“Penuntut umum telah menyatakan berkas perkara tersangka tersebut telah dinyatakan lengkap dengan alat bukti berupa keterangan saksi kurang lebih 233, keterangan ahli sebanyak empat orang, dan alat bukti surat serta dokumen serta barang bukti lainnya,” ujar Anang.
Dia mengatakan, sejumlah hal terkait perkara tersebut akan diungkap lebih lanjut dalam persidangan. Dalam kesempatan itu, Anang juga menyebut kerugian negara dalam perkara dugaan korupsi tata kelola MBG mencapai sekitar Rp 10 triliun berdasarkan perhitungan Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP).
“Kurang lebih 10 triliun. Kurang lebih, ya,” kata Anang dihadapan awak media hari itu. ***adh
