Internships Require SIAPKerja Account Activation
The Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) urges participants in InternshipHub Batch 2 to comply with administrative requirements starting from the very first day of their internship. This discipline is essential to ensure the internship proceeds according to regulations and that the rights and obligations of the participants are upheld.
Darmawansyah, the Director General of Vocational Training and Productivity Development (Binalavotas) at the Ministry of Manpower, stated that participants must ensure they fulfill all administrative and other obligations throughout the program.

“All internship participants must activate their SIAPKerja account, digitally record their attendance, and regularly upload logbooks and daily reports to the MagangHub platform,” said Darmawansyah during the orientation and briefing for MagangHub Batch 2, Class II participants on Monday, September 21, 2026.
On the first day of the internship, participants were asked to immediately complete four key steps: signing the official internship agreement, registering a personal bank account number for the disbursement of the stipend, installing the JMO (Jamsostek Mobile) app to activate their BPJS Ketenagakerjaan membership, and joining the official MagangHub WhatsApp communication channel.
This official communication channel will be used to keep participants regularly updated throughout the program.
In addition to ensuring proper administration, the Ministry of Manpower also offers participants who complete the full internship program the opportunity to obtain a work competency certification.

The certification is issued by an accredited professional certification body (LSP) under the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP). The certification process is fully integrated into the MagangHub website, covering everything from registration and the selection of a relevant LSP and certification scheme to taking the competency assessment.

Pemagang Wajib Mengaktifkan Akun SIAPKerja
Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan (Kemnaker) meminta peserta MagangHub Batch 2 Angkatan II tertib memenuhi administrasi sejak hari pertama pemagangan. Kedisiplinan tersebut diperlukan agar pelaksanaan pemagangan berjalan sesuai ketentuan dan hak serta kewajiban peserta dapat terpenuhi.
Direktur Jenderal Pembinaan Pelatihan Vokasi dan Produktivitas (Binalavotas) Kemnaker, Darmawansyah, mengatakan peserta perlu memastikan seluruh administrasi dan kewajiban selama mengikuti program dilakukan secara tertib.
“Seluruh peserta pemagangan wajib mengaktifkan akun SIAPKerja, tertib melakukan presensi digital, serta rutin mengunggah logbook dan laporan harian di platform MagangHub,” ujar Darmawansyah saat memberikan arahan dalam kegiatan orientasi dan briefing peserta MagangHub Batch 2 Angkatan II, Senin, 21 September 2026.
Pada hari pertama pemagangan, peserta diminta segera menuntaskan empat hal penting, yakni menandatangani perjanjian pemagangan resmi, mendaftarkan nomor rekening pribadi untuk keperluan penyaluran uang saku, menginstal aplikasi JMO (Jamsostek Mobile) untuk aktivasi kepesertaan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, serta bergabung dalam saluran komunikasi resmi WhatsApp MagangHub.
Saluran komunikasi resmi tersebut digunakan untuk menyampaikan pembaruan informasi kepada peserta secara berkala selama program berlangsung.
Selain memastikan tertib administrasi, Kemnaker juga menyiapkan fasilitasi sertifikasi kompetensi kerja bagi peserta yang menyelesaikan seluruh rangkaian pemagangan.
Fasilitasi sertifikasi dilakukan melalui Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi (LSP) yang telah memperoleh lisensi dari Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP). Alur sertifikasi dapat diakses secara terintegrasi melalui situs web MagangHub, mulai dari pendaftaran, pemilihan LSP dan skema sertifikasi yang relevan, hingga pelaksanaan uji kompetensi.
“Dengan adanya sertifikasi kompetensi kerja berlisensi BNSP ini, para peserta tidak hanya pulang membawa pengalaman kerja praktis, tetapi juga mengantongi bukti kompetensi yang diakui untuk bersaing di pasar kerja global,” kata Darmawansyah. ***rel
