Intelligence Service of the Military District 0204/DS arrests two methamphetamine and CP dealers
Personnel from the TNI of the Military District 0204/DS arrested two suspects for distributing methamphetamine and ecstasy pills in the village of Sei Mencirim, Kutalimbaru District, Deli Serdang Regency.
Several pieces of evidence were seized from the suspects, who were immediately brought to the headquarters of the Military District 0204/DS on Wednesday evening.
According to the information gathered, the two arrested methamphetamine dealers are Boby Gunawan (33) and Kiki Pradana (32), both residents of Sei Mencirim village in Kutalimbaru district. They have caused concern among the public due to their alleged involvement in a drug trafficking network in the area.
Full evidence secured by the Indonesian National Army (TNI) Intelligence Service
The Commander of the 0204/DS Military District Command, Lieutenant Colonel Arh Agung Pujiantoro, SH, stated in a press release that the arrests of the suspected drug dealers were carried out by personnel from Kodim 0204 DS Intelligence Service following reports from citizens of widespread drug trafficking in Sei Mencirim village in Kutalimbaru district.
An investigation was launched to determine if TNI personnel were involved. However, no TNI members were found. Kodim 0204/DS intelligence personnel found two civilians suspected of drug trafficking at the scene.
“The seized evidence included 20.50 grams of methamphetamine, 7 ecstasy pills, 1 digital scale, 4 bongs, 1 Pyrex glass, 10 lighters, 1 mobile phone charger, 1 mobile phone, 1 brown wallet, 1 ID card, and 1 plastic clip,” the military district commander said on Thursday (February 12, 2026).
Both suspects transferred to the Medan police narcotics unit
After further questioning at the command center, around 10:50 p.m. WIB (Dutch East Indies Day), the two methamphetamine dealers and the drug equipment were transferred to the Medan police narcotics unit. They were received by First Brigadier General Rahmat Wiranto.
The 0204 DS Military District Command strongly supports the eradication of drugs in its area and urges residents to report any such activity in their neighborhood so that action can be taken.***
