Governor Bobby Nasution Calls for Immediate Completion of R3P and BNBA Documents

North Sumatra Governor Muhammad Bobby Afif Nasution has called on the disaster-affected districts/cities to immediately complete two key documents to accelerate post-disaster recovery.

The two documents are the Post-Disaster Recovery and Reconstruction Plan (R3P) and the Name and Address Data Plan (BNBA).

These two documents will serve as a reference for the central government in distributing aid to victims of floods and landslides that occurred before the end of November 2025.

The aid provided includes housing subsidies (DTH), economic incentives, permanent housing (huntap), assistance with home renovations, and other forms of assistance.

Ensure accuracy of data on aid recipients

To date, two regions have not yet completed their R3P forms. Bobby Nasution has requested that these be completed as soon as possible.

“Make sure the data is as accurate as possible. Ramadan is approaching, and we want people to be able to pray comfortably, followed by Eid al-Fitr. We don’t want our people to still be in a disaster situation during the holidays,” said Bobby Nasution in the lobby of the Liaison Agency Office in Jakarta.

To ensure the accuracy of data on aid recipients, Bobby Nasution has asked the district/municipal governments to cooperate with the Regional Coordination Forum (Forkopimda) and the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). This is crucial to ensure the data is valid and does not lead to legal problems or mismanagement.

Bobby Nasution: We need to work faster

“We need to work together with Forkopimda, the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI), the Indonesian National Police (POLRI), and the Public Prosecution Service to ensure that the data is valid and administratively correct. This will then be verified by the BPS. That’s why we need to work faster,” said Bobby Nasution.

The meeting was attended by all the administrators from the disaster-affected regions, including the regent of North Tapanuli, Jonius Taripar P. Hutabarat; the regent of South Tapanuli, Gus Irawan Pasaribu; the regent of Central Tapanuli, Masinton Pasaribu; and other regents and mayors. Representatives of relevant regional organizations (OPDs) within the North Sumatra provincial government and the district/municipal governments were also present. ***obs
