Bank Sumut GMS Announces Dismissal of Marketing Director | OBROLANBISNIS.com — Bank Sumut officially announced the dismissal of Hadi Sucipto from the position of Marketing Director. This was ratified through an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS).

“The agenda of the EGMS is the dismissal of the board of directors. There is the Marketing Director of Bank Sumut who was previously answered by Hadi Sucipto,” said the Governor of North Sumatra, Bobby Nasution at the Bank Sumut EGMS, Tuesday, June 3, 2025.

However, both Governor Bobby and Bank Sumut have not issued an official statement of the reasons for Hadi Sucipto’s dismissal.

As is known, Hadi Sucipto once served as Acting President Director of Bank Sumut replacing Rahmat Fadillah Pohan who was at that time removed from the position of President Director of Bank Sumut.

The appointment of Acting Hadi Sucipto during the vacant position of President Director is to maintain the operational implementation of Bank Sumut.

In addition to Hadi, Bank Sumut President Director Babay Parid Wazdi also resigned through a letter of resignation. This coincided with him being summoned by the Attorney General’s Office as a witness related to the alleged corruption case of providing credit to PT Sri Rezeki Isman Tbk (Sritex).
