Agusta Kanin, New Head of the Civil Affairs and Administration Department of the Karo Public Prosecutor’s Office
Danke Rajagukguk, Chief of the Karo Public Prosecutor’s Office, North Sumatra, inaugurated the new officers of the Karo Public Prosecutor’s Office and administered the oath of office on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, in Kabanjahi.
Two officers at the department head level were inaugurated today: Agusta Kanin, who was inaugurated as Head of the Civil Affairs and Administration Department. He succeeds Desy Angeline Novita, and Br. Simamora.
Agusta Kanin was previously head of the Intelligence Section at the East Aceh Public Prosecutor’s Office, Aceh Province.
Furthermore, Danke Rajagukguk, head of the Karo Public Prosecutor’s Office, has installed Reza Fikri Dharmawan as head of the General Crimes Department at the Karo Public Prosecutor’s Office. He succeeds Gus Irwan Selamat Marbun.
Reza Fikri Dharmawan was previously head of the Special Crimes Department at the Simalungun Public Prosecutor’s Office, North Sumatra Province.

In his speech, Danke expressed his hope that the newly installed officials would fulfill their oath of office, maintain and even improve their performance, and continue to work for a good, reliable, humane, and just Karo Public Prosecutor’s Office, where conscience always comes first in providing legal certainty and benefits to the community.
The Head of the Data Department of the Karo Prosecutor’s Office, Agusta Kanin, is a young prosecutor with a proven track record of professionalism and integrity, particularly during his tenure as Head of the Intelligence Department of the East Aceh Prosecutor’s Office.
Agusta Kanin will be able to oversee the service delivery and law enforcement activities of the East Aceh Prosecutor’s Office, aimed at providing legal certainty, justice, and benefits to the community, local government, and businesses.

In his new role as Head of the Data Department of the Karo Prosecutor’s Office, Agusta Kanin is expected to continue to live up to his dedication as a member of the Karo Prosecutor’s Office and uphold the dignity of the institution through professionalism and dedication.
