Safrianto Zuriat Putra becomes coordinator of the special task force for combating crime

 

Prosecutor General ST Burhanuddin has once again rotated and transferred a number of third-tier officials within the Indonesian Public Prosecution Service, both at the central level and within regional operational units.

The transfers and rotations are set out in Decree No. 879 of 2026 concerning the dismissal and appointment of officials from and within structural positions within the Indonesian Public Prosecution Service, signed by Prosecutor General ST Burhanuddin on July 29, 2026.

The decree concerning transfers and rotations signed by the Prosecutor General covers 25 structural positions, including the Head of the Public Prosecution Service, the Deputy Head of the Public Prosecution Service, the Secretary to the Junior Prosecutor General, Director, Inspector, and Coordinator.

Dr. Safrianto Zuriat Putra, SH, is number 22 in this decree. MH has been promoted to the permanent position of Coordinator at the Public Prosecution Service for Special Crimes (JAM Pidsus) in Jakarta.

With the issuance of this transfer decree, Safrianto Zuriat Putra will immediately relinquish his previous position as Assistant General Crimes at the Public Prosecution Service of the Jakarta Special Region. He held this position for approximately one year.

Safrianto Zuriat Putra is a male public prosecutor, born in Meulaboh, Nanggroe, Aceh Darussalam. He has an impressive academic career: a doctorate in public administration, a master’s degree in law, and a bachelor’s degree in law.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of North Sumatra in Medan. He obtained his doctorate at the Institute for Internal Government (IPDN).

Safrianto expressed his pride in his life achievements, including a successful career and a happy family with his wife and children. He acknowledged that he is a human being, created by God, a man who knows himself, is always grateful, and cares for others.

“Gratitude and humility are principles my parents instilled in me from a young age. I am friendly, care about my social circle, and love my family,” he said.

Safri admitted that he has no specific goal for his career as a police officer. “I always strive to be a professional and ethical employee of the Public Prosecution Service. I aim to maintain the trust of the institution and its leadership, especially in my positions. Wherever I am placed, I must do my work with heart and soul,” said the bespectacled prosecutor. ***adh
