Accelerating the Digitalization of Administrative Affairs: The North Sumatra PKK Adopts a Paperless System
The North Sumatra Provincial Family Welfare Movement (TP PKK) team continues to encourage PKK administrators in districts/cities throughout North Sumatra to utilize digital technology, particularly for administrative management and reporting through a paperless approach.
This was announced by the chairperson of the TP PKK North Sumatra, Kahiyang Ayu, accompanied by expert staff member I of the TP PKK North Sumatra, Titiek Sugiharti, during the opening of the training on administrative procedures for TP PKK districts/cities throughout North Sumatra, held in the ballroom of the Grand Mercure Hotel in Medan on Tuesday, February 3, 2026.
Digital system improves administrative reporting
Kahiyang Ayu stated that the use of digital technology with a paperless concept is a growing trend, along with a growing awareness of the importance of efficiency and reducing environmental impact.
Furthermore, digital systems are expected to increase the speed, accuracy, and transparency of administrative reporting.
“Digitalization is intended to reduce the workload of PKK administrators, particularly in the areas of administration and reporting. With a clear and organized system, family strengthening programs will be implemented more effectively and effectively,” she said.
Digitalization is the solution for improving the PKK’s performance
She emphasized that administrative obstacles should be eliminated, especially when preparing activity reports. Digitalization is the solution to making the PKK’s performance more efficient, transparent, and manageable.
Kahiyang Ayu encouraged all levels of the district/city PKK TP to continue strengthening unity and synergy and maintaining cooperation between regions.
According to her, this is the key to achieving prosperous families and a better, more advanced, and more sustainable North Sumatra.
The training on administrative order for the TP PKK (Family Welfare Movement) in the districts/cities of North Sumatra took place over three days, from February 2nd to 4th, 2026.
The training included a simulation of the use of the SIPANDA (Information, Reporting, and Data System) application of the PKK in North Sumatra and was attended by representatives from all TP PKK districts/cities in North Sumatra. ***obs
