81,171 active job vacancies still available on Karirhub
As of September 4, 2026, there were 81,171 active job vacancies available via Karirhub, a platform of the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker). These vacancies were distributed across 32,086 companies.
Cris Kuntadi, Secretary General of the Ministry of Manpower, stated that this figure represents vacancies that are still open for applications, rather than the total number of vacancies registered in the Karirhub system.

“The number of vacancies that are actually still active and open for applications stands at 81,171 as of September 4, 2026, distributed across 32,086 companies,” said Cris Kuntadi in a press release issued by the Ministry of Manpower’s Public Relations Bureau on Sunday, September 13, 2026.
According to Karirhub data, 310,591 vacancies were registered in the system between January and early August 2026. This figure represents the total number of vacancies entered into the system; therefore, not all of them are currently active.
Cris urged job seekers to take advantage of the available vacancies by selecting positions that match their qualifications, location, and application deadlines. Job seekers should also tailor their CVs or cover letters to the specific position they are applying for to ensure they align with the company’s needs.
“Job seekers are also expected to customize their CVs for the specific position they are applying for so that they match the company’s requirements,” he said.

Job seekers are also reminded to be wary of fraudulent practices disguised as recruitment activities. The official, government-facilitated recruitment process entails no costs or fees of any kind.
For job seekers who do not meet the company’s qualifications, the Ministry of Manpower offers opportunities for skills enhancement through 21 vocational and productivity training centers (BPVP) across Indonesia. The Ministry also facilitates training on resume writing and job interviews.

Sebanyak 81.171 lowongan kerja masih aktif dan dapat dilamar melalui Karirhub Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan (Kemnaker) per 4 September 2026. Lowongan tersebut tersebar di 32.086 perusahaan.
Sekretaris Jenderal Kemnaker Cris Kuntadi mengatakan jumlah tersebut merupakan lowongan yang masih terbuka untuk dilamar, bukan keseluruhan lowongan yang tercatat dalam sistem Karirhub.
“Jumlah loker yang benar-benar masih aktif dan bisa dilamar adalah 81.171 lowongan per 4 September 2026, yang tersebar di 32.086 perusahaan,” ujar Cris Kuntadi melalui siaran pers Biro Humas Kemnaker, Minggu, 13 September 2026.
Berdasarkan data Karirhub periode Januari hingga awal Agustus 2026, terdapat 310.591 lowongan kerja yang tercatat dalam sistem. Angka tersebut merupakan total akumulasi lowongan yang masuk ke sistem sehingga tidak seluruhnya masih aktif.
Cris mengimbau pencari kerja memanfaatkan lowongan yang tersedia dengan memilih posisi sesuai kualifikasi, lokasi, dan tenggat waktu pendaftaran. Pencari kerja juga perlu menyesuaikan isi CV atau resume dengan posisi yang dituju agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan.
“Para pencaker juga diharapkan menyesuaikan isi CV atau resume dengan posisi spesifik yang dituju agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan,” ujarnya.
Pencari kerja juga diingatkan untuk mewaspadai penipuan yang mengatasnamakan proses rekrutmen. Proses rekrutmen resmi yang difasilitasi pemerintah tidak memungut biaya atau imbalan dalam bentuk apa pun.
Bagi pencari kerja yang belum memenuhi kualifikasi perusahaan, Kemnaker menyediakan sarana peningkatan kompetensi melalui 21 Balai Pelatihan Vokasi dan Produktivitas (BPVP) diseluruh Indonesia, selain itu Kemnaker juga memfasilitasi pelatihan penyusunan CV dan simulasi wawancara.
